Our Company
Town & Country Memorials is a family-run business based on the south coast. For over a quarter of century we have been supplying quality cemetery gravestones, crematoria memorials, churchyard lawn memorials and wall plaques to families, funeral directors and memorial gardens across the country.
Our attention to detail and quality of work has given us the reputation for being one of the most reliable and well-respected memorial masons in the country.
We are accredited to the National Association of Monumental Masons (NAMM), which safeguards the interests of the bereaved through the promotion of high standards. We welcome families to our showroom in Fareham, where you will be able to see a selection of our memorials and speak to one of our experienced team.
Meet the Team
Annabelle Ryan – Managing Director
Annabelle has been working in the family business for over thirteen years, taking over control of the company for the last four years. Annabelle has worked at every job in the company from the workshop to administration and is the one who knows exactly what’s going on – all of the time! Her knowledge of the business is encyclopaedic and her energy to help families who visit us is boundless.
When Annabelle is not spending all her time at work, she likes to take her dog Ollie to dog agility competitions.
“We have customers who have been with us for many years now and we have built up a strong relationship and I like to think that they can turn to us for help and support.”
Nick Ryan – Manager
Nick grew up working in the family business, learning the trade before heading off to make his mark in the world. He later re-joined the company four years ago after a successful career working in sales and marketing. Nick now helps to run the business with Annabelle looking after key accounts and projects around the country.
In his own time, Nick likes nothing more than playing guitar in his Irish folk band Shenanigans, which has been going over thirteen years. He’s just about got the hang of it!
“We never compromise on service or the quality of our memorials leaving the premises. Customer service is at the forefront of our business and it is this that has kept us in the marketplace.”
Sandra – Production Manager
Sandra heads up the production team and has been with Town & Country Memorials for so long, the place would not be the same without her. Her attention to detail is unquestionable and she is considered an essential part of the business. If something needs doing, Sandra will do it.
“We always rise to the challenge and do our best to pull out all the stops to help customers and families that visit us.”
Charlotte – Part time administrator
Charlotte has been with the company for over five years. First as full-time employee now part-time. Charlotte places the lettering and designs that go to create the final words and sentiments for family memorials. Being the youngest of the team, Charlotte brings energy, enthusiasm and imagination to the office (as well as the biscuits).
Ollie – Head of Security & customer liaison
Ollie has been with Town & Country for over six years. He is an integral part of the team and a source of comfort and distraction for families making difficult and
emotional decisions. In his free time, Ollie likes to eat, do agility competitions and chase squirrels.
